Deposits & Payments
We accept payments and deposits through PayPal. Paypal is the most secure method of payment for us and YOU. Postal money orders and personal checks are accepted ONLY in advance when they have time to be cashed/cleared before pick up. We WILL NOT accept payment with money order or personal check at pick up. Cash only at pick up.
Deposits are not taken on puppies until they are at least 1 week old. When a deposit is placed, we agree to hold your puppy ONLY until they are 8 weeks of age unless a different pick up date is discussed and agreed upon. Your puppy must be paid in full by 8 weeks of age. Most puppies will be ready to go around 8 weeks old. However, we have the right to hold your puppy longer than 8 weeks of age if we feel needed.

Deposits
A $500 deposit is required to hold your puppy. Deposit is accepted in cash, check, money order, or through PayPal (a 4% paypal fee will be added). Once the buyer has made their selection of a puppy it will be posted on the site as Deposit Pending - On Hold until the deposit is received. I will allow 4-5 business days to receive the deposit. Once the deposit is received the puppy will be posted on my website as on Not Available - Deposit Received and becomes unavailable to sell to any other party, therefore making the deposit Non-Refunadble. In the event something should happen to the puppy on hold, the buyer will be notified within 1-2 days and the deposit will either be refunded or the buyer may choose another puppy of the same price that is available and the deposit will be placed on the new puppy chosen by the buyer. In the event that something does happen to a puppy with a deposit already placed on him/her, the deposit will be refunded in the manor of PayPal or cashiers check through the mail. We agree to return the deposit in a timely manner back to the buyer. Most of the time deposits can be sent same day as the buyer is notified via PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account your deposit will be sent back to you through the mail. The $500 deposit that is placed on puppies is applied to the purchase price of the puppy. All puppies must be paid for in full by the time the puppy is 8 weeks old. If the buyer does not pay in full for the puppy by this time, then the puppy will be taken off hold, placed back up for sale, and the deposit will be forfeited. If for any reason the buyer decides he/she cannot get the puppy or does not want the puppy, the deposit will be forfeited and the puppy will be placed available to other buyers.

Please note: The puppy must be paid in full by the time they are 8 weeks of age, unless other arrangements have been discussed and agreed upon.
Any and all payments that are made through the payment plan are NON-REFUNDABLE. IF you decide that you don't want the puppy you have put on hold or if something comes up and you can't get the puppy you had on hold any payments that you have made are NON-REFUNDABLE!!
*Exceptions - if a serious problem arises in which the puppy becomes ill or is otherwise unsuitable to be sold. Then, and only then, the puppy will be replaced with another puppy or the deposit and payments will be returned to the purchaser.
